WHAT'S YOUR REFUND POLICY?

All of my Social Media plans come with a satisfaction guarantee in the form of a full refund up to 30 days from the start of your plan. Cancellations made after 30 days from the start of your plan or after 7 days from your first shoot (whichever comes first) will incur cancellation fees and forfeit all of the usage rights to the content already created.

Cancellation fee: 30% of the yet to be paid yearly balance for the plan you are subscribed to. For example, let's assume your plan costs $500/m x 12 months and you have already paid for 2 months (2 x $500), you will owe 30% of the remaining 10 months (10 x $500 = $5000 x 30% = $1500).

WHAT PACKAGE IS BEST FOR ME?

That depends on how much content you need for your Social Media channels.

If you are organized and plan each shoot well and each piece of content is not very complex, you can count on me delivering 30-40 pieces of content (photos and short videos combined) per shoot.

Scenario 1: you're planning on posting about 2 times per week for the next 12 months.

That would require about 100 pieces of content for the year, so most likely 3 shoots for the year.

Scenario 2: you're planning on posting about 4 times per week for the next 12 months.

That would require about 210 pieces of content for the year, so most likely 6 shoots for the year.

Scenario 3: you're planning on posting about 8 times per week for the next 12 months.

That would require about 420 pieces of content for the year, so most likely 12 shoots for the year

Please keep in mind that the amount of pieces of content (images and videos) we are able to achieve in one single shoot (4 hours) depends highly on how well organized you are and how complex each image/video is. I'm extremely fast at getting the right look once the subject is photo ready and I'm never the 'bottleneck' of the system. Also, I don't put a limit on the amount of content you're going to get like many other photographers do. So, the better you plan your shoot, the higher the amount of content and the return on your investment.

It is not uncommon for me to shoot 40+ images and 10+ short videos if everything on your end runs very smoothly and the images are fairly simple.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

My goal is to make sure your experience of working with me is very smooth and the amount of admin work is kept to a minimum. That is why I only accept Credit/Debit cards and PayPal. Card payments are processed through Stripe, one of the most popular credit card processors in the world.

WHERE CAN I USE THE IMAGES?

You can use the content in perpetuity on the following channels:

  • Your own social media channels without any restriction

  • Your own website (e-commerce included)

  • Your email communication

  • Editorial pieces. You can grant usage to news outlets (both digital and print) for informational type of content.

  • The apps you use for food delivery apps.

  • Print and digital displays EXCEPT for billboards

    Any other usage is not allowed.

WHAT ARE USAGE RIGHTS?

Usage rights in photography or videography refer to the specific permissions and restrictions granted by the photographer or copyright holder for the use of their photographs/videos. These rights outline how the photograph can be used, distributed, displayed, and reproduced.

The usage rights granted for a photograph or video can vary widely depending on the intended use of the content. For example, a photographer may grant usage rights for a specific period of time, to a specific geographic region, or for a specific purpose such as editorial, commercial or personal use. The usage rights may also specify the size and resolution of the content, the number of times it can be reproduced, and whether any alterations can be made to the original content.

If the client isn't purchasing the copyright to the content, they are essentially only leasing it. The total fees paid by a business to a content creator should cover both the labor required to produce the content and the licensing fees for its use. This concept applies to photography, videography, as well as movies and music. When a TV network licenses a show for broadcast, they do not own the copyright to it, but are rather renting it for the purpose of airing it to their audience.

Typical usage categories in the digital realm are:

  • Editorial - Digital content that is designed to provide information, such as news articles, research papers, blogs, and online encyclopedias

  • Digital - Social Media, Website, Email, etc

  • E-commerce - Used to sell a product or a service online, such as online marketplaces, shopping websites, and e-commerce platforms

  • Etc

ARE THERE ANY HIDDEN FEES?

No. There are no fees other than the ones you agree to while checking out.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I CHANGE MY MIND AND WOULD LIKE TO CANCEL THE PLAN AFTER 30 DAYS FROM SUBSCRIBING?

WHAT IF I WANT TO CHANGE PLAN DOWN THE ROAD WHILE SUBSCRIBED?

To upgrade to a plan that offers more shoots per year than your current plan, you'll need to purchase a new plan, which will result in the cancellation of your old plan. Nonetheless, you will retain the rights to use the content that was produced while on the old plan.

For example, say that you have been on 6 SOCIAL MEDIA SHOOTS in 12 MONTHS plan for 6 months and you'd like to upgrade to 12 SOCIAL MEDIA SHOOTS in 12 MONTHS. You will have to purchase the new 12-month plan from the beginning, and once that is confirmed, your old plan will be terminated without any penalties (given that your account is in good standing). However, you'll still have the right to utilize the content created during your previous plan.

Currently, it is not possible to downgrade to a plan with fewer shoots.

CAN I STILL USE THE IMAGES AFTER THE SUBSCRIPTION HAS ENDED?

Yes, my Social Media plans grant the perpetual usage given that there is no outstanding balance.

I HAVE WORKED WITH PROFESSIONAL PHOTOGRAPHERS BEFORE AND THEY ALLOWED UNLIMITED USAGE.

WHY DO YOU RESTRICT THE USAGE ?

Photographers do not universally adopt standard pricing models, which can make it challenging to make an apples-to-apples comparison. Therefore, anyone looking to hire a professional food photographer should reach out to multiple photographers, ask for a quote, and be explicit about the deliverables and terms.

HOW LONG ARE THE PLANS?

12 months. You can pay monthly or yearly (for a discount).

HOW MANY IMAGES AND VIDEOS AM I GOING TO GET?

Please bear in mind that the number of images and videos we can produce during a 4-hour shoot greatly depends on your organization and the complexity of each piece of content. Ideally, we should aim to generating 30-35 pieces of content during a single shoot.

I have a quick eye for capturing the perfect shot once the subject is ready and I never slow down the workflow. Additionally, unlike many other photographers, I don't set a limit on the amount of content we produce. Therefore, the better you plan for the shoot, the higher the quantity of content and the greater the return on your investment.

Under optimal conditions, where everything runs smoothly and the content is relatively straightforward, I am known to produce 40+ images and 10+ short videos.

WHAT DOES 'UNLIMITED CONTENT' MEAN?

It means I don't limit the number of images or videos that I deliver to you, unlike many other photographers. The more we shoot, the more you get. How do we shoot 'more'? By planning your shoot well, i.e. have your team ready, your shot list ready, your entire operation ready, etc.

WHAT'S THE TURNAROUND TIME?

The guaranteed turnaround time is 5 business days. If you have a strict deadline for content delivery, please be sure to let me know when booking.

IS VIDEO INCLUDED IN ANY OF THESE PLANS?

YES. It is up to you to decide the ratio between still images and videos. Please keep in mind videos are delivered UNEDITED in order to allow for branded customization on your end. Also, the videos are shot on an iPhone and are mostly for reels, they have the typical unpolished look you find in the most popular reels and that seems to work best for social media.

HOW DO I BOOK MY PHOTO SHOOTS ONCE I'VE SUBSCRIBED TO A PLAN?

You are going to have access to my online booking calendar where you can easily book your shoots.

If you are on the 6-shoot or 12-shoot plan, you can book up to two shoots at the time. In other words, you can only have up to two shoots scheduled at any given time.

If you are on the 3-shoot plan, you can only book one shoot at the time, so you can only have one shoot scheduled at any given time.

You can spread your shoots however you want across the 12 month period of your plan. All that counts towards your shoot balance is the total number of shoots you have purchased, not when they happen.

HOW LONG IS A SHOOT?

We have 4 hours from the moment I arrive at the location until the moment we need to wrap up the shoot. For example, say that you booked a shoot at 2pm, I'll be arriving a little earlier than 2pm and we will immediately start to setup and do a brief. As soon as we are ready, we start shooting. By 6pm we are going to stop shooting, I'm going to start breaking down, creating an extra backup of the images and packing my bags.

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I SUBSCRIBE TO A PLAN?

You're going to have access to my booking calendar where you can schedule your first shoot and/or your complimentary calls. You can read more about the process at this page.

WHAT IF I CAN'T FIND A TIME AND DATE THAT WORKS FOR ME?

My calendar availability shows 60 rolling calendar days and I encourage you to book your preferred date and time as early as possible. Should you have any trouble finding a date a time that works for you, please reach out to me and I'll make sure to help.

HOW IS THE CONTENT GOING TO BE DELIVERED?

Through a DropBox link.

CAN I RESCHEDULE A PHOTO SHOOT?

Yes. You can cancel your shoot with no penalty as long as it's more than two business days before the scheduled shoot date. Should you decide to cancel within those two days, a $400 cancellation fee will apply. And, should you cancel after 00:00 AM on the day of the shoot, a penalty of 80% of the shoot price will be incurred.

The very first time you reschedule a shoot is penalty free up to 00:00AM on the day of the shoot.

Because there are way too many variables that go into the process of creating a price. The reason why I was able to create these plans is because they are very specific when it comes to the type of images, usage, length of the shoots, etc, and cannot be customized.
